UAE flood: Indian mission sets up free passport service camp for citizens with damaged or lost passports

After torrential rains flooded houses in the east of the UAE, the Indian Consulate General in Dubai set up a special seva camp for citizens whose passports were destroyed or misplaced. In the camp held in the BLS centers in Fujairah and Kalba, the consulate received about 80 of these passport applications. According to the consulate, the mission held the camp in response to requests from Indian associations and diaspora members in the flood-affected areas. BKM/ Expat Media
