Gold prices slipped to a 3-month low in the UAE and worldwide on Thursday (June 29), dragged down by a stronger dollar. Spot gold fell 0.1 percent to $1,904.79 per ounce, lingering near its lowest since mid-March. US gold futures fell 0.5 percent to $1,913.00. In Dubai, gold per gram was priced at Dh176.75 for 18k, according to figures from Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group. Meanwhile, 24k gold cost Dh230 per gram; 22k for Dh212.75 per gram and 21k gold for Dh206 per gram. Meanwhile, global prices for spot silver was little changed at $22.7169 per ounce, while platinum inched 0.1 percent lower to $910.19.
