Get UAE Golden Visa from real estate developers

A UAE Golden Visa is now available to those who buy property in the country, with real estate developers able to process the long-term visas for eligible customers. Rules have become flexible, allowing property investors to get the Golden Visa through real estate. Under the UAE’s visa law, those who purchase off-plan property worth at least Dh2 million or get it via mortgage will now have the option to get a 10-year residency in the UAE through a Golden Visa. This follows a decision by the UAE Cabinet in April, approving new executive regulations on visas, including substantial amendments to the Golden Visa scheme. Investors can also get the Golden Visa when buying one or more off-plan properties of no less than Dh2 million from approved local real estate companies. Investors are also entitled to a Golden Visa when purchasing a property with a loan from specific local banks. Real estate developers are now looking to take advantage of the Golden Visa scheme as the demand in property grows. In Dubai alone, the real estate market recorded Dh22.7 billion in sales in June.
