On Oman's 52nd National Day, President Sheikh Mohamed extended a congratulatory message to Sultan Haitham. Sheikh Mohamed took to social media to share photos and wish the country happiness and success. "Congratulations to my brother Sultan Haitham bin Tariq and all our friends in Oman on the occasion of the country's 52nd National Day," Sheikh Mohamed wrote. "The people of the UAE are your brothers and sisters and we celebrate this day with you. We wish the Sultanate continued happiness and success." Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, also expressed his warmest wishes to Sultan Qaboos and the people of Oman. To commemorate National Day, Oman has declared November 30 and December 1 public and private sector holidays. Celebrations began on Wednesday in the southern governorate of Dhofar, with officials attending a march. According to Oman's national news agency, Sultan Haitham is scheduled to attend a military parade in the governorate on Friday. BKM/ Expat Media
