The UAE Lottery has opened its first physical retail outlet in Abu Dhabi, marking a major step in expanding access to the country’s government-regulated gaming platform. Located in Musaffah’s M40 area, the new outlet allows customers to purchase tickets in person and pay using cash, offering an alternative to online transactions. The shop is open to players aged 18 and above, who can buy tickets for games such as Lucky Day Draw and Pick 3. On-site staff are also available to assist first-time players and regular participants with guidance on how the games work. The outlet has been designed to provide a welcoming experience, with clear layouts and interactive features aimed at making participation simple and accessible. The move reflects growing interest in the UAE Lottery, which was launched in late 2024 under the supervision of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority. All games are regulated to ensure transparency and a secure experience for players. Each ticket offers a chance to win prizes of up to Dh30 million, while scratch cards can offer top prizes of up to Dh1 million. While tickets have so far been available mainly through the official website, the company previously announced plans to expand further through vending machines and retail partnerships in supermarkets, convenience stores, and fuel stations.
