Motorists can expect to pay less for petrol in the UAE in January, with the UAE Fuel Price Committee announcing on Sunday (December 31) a further drop in prices. The new fuel prices will take effect starting January 1. Petrol prices will be cheaper by up to 14 fils while diesel is cheaper by 19 fils compared to its price in December. This is the third month in a row that petrol and diesel prices across the country have fallen. Here are the new prices per litre: Special: Dh2.71 Super 98: Dh2.82 E-plus: Dh2.64 Diesel: Dh3
