UAE residents can expect another long weekend in June with a public holiday expected for Arafat Day and Eid Al Adha. The next long weekend is expected to cover five days, with Arafat Day falling on Dhul Hijjah 9, which is expected to be on June 16, a Sunday. This will be followed by Eid Al Adha, which falls on Dhul Hijjah 10 to 12, which is expected to fall on Monday (June 17) to Wednesday (June 19). This means that those with a Saturday-Sunday weekend can enjoy a five-day break beginning on June 15 (Saturday), with work resuming on June 20 (Thursday). An official announcement on the exact days has yet to be made based on the moon sighting. ICA/Expat Media
