Rainfall of different intensities is expected in several areas of Abu Dhabi from Monday (October 7) to Wednesday (October 9). Authorities have advised residents to be cautious during these weather changes. The National Centre of Meteorology reported earlier on Sunday (October 6) that the upcoming rainfall in the next few days in the country is due to surface low pressure and a "relatively cold air mass in the upper levels." The authority's forecast indicates a chance of light to moderate rainfall, mainly in the interior areas of the capital, along with fresh winds in the coming days. In Al Ain, light, moderate, and heavy rainfall is expected in different areas, accompanied by fresh to strong winds during the same period. Al Dhafra is also expected to have light to moderate rainfall in different areas with fresh to strong winds, according to the authority's social media post. The authority advised the public to follow adjusted speed limits, avoid travelling to valleys, and bring first-aid kits and alternative light sources.
