The highest temperature recorded in the UAE was 49.4°C on Sunday (July 9), according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM). According to the weather bureau, the highest temperature was recorded in Hamim of Al Dhafra region at 3:15pm in the UAE. Meanwhile, the lowest temperature recorded was 24.9°C in Barakah of Al Dafrah Region at 5:30am. UAE temperatures have been rising since Saturday’s 48°C as the summer season continues to peak. According to the NCM, the maximum temperature on Monday (July 10) will be 49°C. Monday’s weather will continue to be generally dusty and partly cloudy at times, and humid by night until Tuesday morning.
