UAE residents can look forward to cooler temperatures in November, as winter approaches. Winter months in the UAE will officially start only after December 21, but temperatures are already dropping, with residents experiencing cooler nights as of Saturday (November 16). On Sunday (November 17), temperatures are expected to drop to 16°C to 21°C in mountainous areas, and 17°C to 23°C in internal areas. Coastal areas and islands can expect temperatures to dip to 20°C to 25°C. In general, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicts daytime highs to drop to 27°C to 32°C, while evenings will offer a refreshing chill with lows around 17°C to 22°C. The NCM has highlighted the possibility of occasional rain and light winds during the season. This transition ushers in the UAE’s favorite outdoor season, with activities like camping, barbecues, and beach outings set to make a comeback. Residents and tourists are gearing up for major winter festivals, including the much-anticipated Dubai Shopping Festival, outdoor markets, and adventure tours to the UAE’s stunning deserts and mountains.
