UAE rider Omar Al Marzooqi concluded his debut at the Paris Olympics with a commendable 19th place finish in the individual equestrian final. Competing on Enjoy De La Mure, the 21-year-old Emirati clocked a time of 83.38 seconds and incurred eight penalties at Chateau de Versailles. The event was particularly significant for Al Marzooqi, who also served as a flag-bearer at the opening ceremony alongside cyclist Safiya Al Sayegh.
