According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the day will sometimes be fair and partly cloudy. From 1 am to 9 am on Monday (October 3, 2022), fog formation is probable with a deterioration in horizontal visibility, which may dip even further over some coastal and internal locations, according to the authorities. Residents have been issued red and yellow alerts, advising them to exercise caution when going outside owing to reduced visibility. Temperatures will rise, and convective clouds may form eastward by the afternoon. These clouds may spread to internal areas. Temperatures in the country could reach 43ºC. The temperature is expected to peak at 39ºC in Abu Dhabi and 38ºC in Dubai. Temperatures in Abu Dhabi might fall as low as 28ºC and in Dubai as low as 29ºC. Some coastal locations will be humid at night and Tuesday morning, with humidity levels ranging from 20% to 90%. Fog or mist formation is possible over several Western coastal and internal locations. Winds will be light to moderate, with gusts increasing throughout the day. The Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea will have mild sea conditions. BKM/ Expat Media
