The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reported that November would be a second transitional period, characterized by moderate temperature during the day and a temperature drop at night. The average maximum and minimum temperatures will drop by 4 to 6 degrees Celsius compared to October due to the sun's apparent shift southward away from the region. This month, the country will be affected by the Siberian ambiance progressively extending into the region, notably during the second half of the month, which will result in a continuous drop in temperature. As a result, the temperature will be cold at times, especially at night in mountainous regions and some interior areas. BKM/ Expat Media
