Parts of the UAE will have a chance of rainfall for two days starting on Sunday (June 16), according to the National Centre of Meteorology. The weather bureau forecasts that clouds associated with rain will form in eastern areas of the country in the afternoon of Sunday and Monday. On Sunday, the temperature will peak at 49°C in internal areas while humidity will hit a high of 80 percent in coastal areas and islands. Here’s the full weather forecast:

Sunday, June 16

Fair in general and partly cloudy at times, and low clouds will appear over the East coast by Monday morning, with a chance of some convective clouds formation by afternoon especially Eastward, associated with rainfall. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust and sand during daytime. The sea will be slight to moderate at times in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.

Monday, June 17

Fair in general and partly cloudy at times, with a chance of some convective clouds formation East and Southward by afternoon, associated with rainfall. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust and sand during daytime, with a speed of 15 - 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate at times in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.

Tuesday, June 18

Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a chance of some convective clouds formation East and Southward by afternoon, may be associated with rainfall. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust during daytime, with a speed of 15 - 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight to in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.

Wednesday, June 19

Fair in general and partly cloudy at times especially Southward. Light to moderate Northeasterly to Northwesterly and Southwesterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust during daytime, with a speed of 15 - 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Thursday, June 20
