Fujairah experienced light rainfall on Monday (January 8) as the National Centre of Meteorology forecast light rain in parts of the UAE. The weather bureau also recorded a drop in early morning temperatures, dipping to 6.6°C in Al Ain at 6:45am and 7.2°C in Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah at 2am. Here’s the 5-day weather forecast

Monday, January 8

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Low clouds will appear Eastward and over the Islands and western coasts with a probability of light rainfall by morning. Temperatures will increase. Humid by night and Tuesday morning over some internal areas with a probability of mist or fog formation especially westward. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times. The sea will be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in the Oman Sea.

Tuesday, January 9

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Low clouds will appear over the coasts. Humid by night and Wednesday morning over some internal areas with a probability of mist formation. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times during daytime, with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 35 Km/hr. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Wednesday, January 10

Fair to partly cloudy in general, Humid by night and Thursday morning over some internal and coastal areas with a chance of fog or mist formation. Light to Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times during daytime, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 35 Km/hr. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Thursday, January 11

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Humid by night and Friday morning over some internal and coastal areas with a probability of mist formation.
