UAE weather forecast for March 2 to 6: expect more rain

Parts of the UAE will experience light rain on Saturday (March 2), according to the National Centre of Meteorology. More rain is also expected next week, according to the weather bureau. Here’s the 5-day weather forecast.

Saturday, March 2

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Low clouds appear Eastward might associated with light rain by morning. With a gradual increase in temperatures. Light to moderate winds freshening at times causing blowing dust. The sea will be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and rough at times, becoming moderate to slight in Oman sea.

Sunday, March 3

Fair to partly cloudy and hazy at times, becoming cloudy gradually by night and Monday morning. Light to moderate Northeasterly to Southeasterly winds freshening at times, causing blowing dust and sand with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 40 Km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate becoming rough at times by night with cloud activity in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate at times in Oman sea.

Monday, March 4

Fair to partly cloudy and dusty at times, becoming cloudy gradually by night and Tuesday morning accompanied with some convective clouds with rainfall over scattered areas of the country. Moderate to fresh Southeasterly winds and strong over the sea with cloud activity causing blowing dust and sand reducing the horizontal visibility, with a speed of 15 – 30 reaching 50 Km/hr. The sea will be moderate becoming rough at times with cloud activity in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman sea.

Tuesday, March 5

Dusty and cloudy in general, with rainfall over scattered areas of the country. Moderate to fresh Southeasterly becoming Northwesterly winds and strong over the sea with cloud activity causing blowing dust and sand reducing the horizontal visibility, with a speed of 15 – 30 reaching 50 Km/hr. The sea will be rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman sea.

Wednesday, March 6

Fair to partly cloudy and dusty at times, with a probability of rainfall over some areas especially Southeastern. Light to moderate Southeasterly becoming Northwesterly winds, freshening at times, with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 35 Km/hr.
