More rain is forecast in parts of the UAE over the weekend as winter conditions set in, with Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest peak, recording the nation’s lowest temperature of 4.3°C this week. The chill was accompanied by moderate winds, making the iconic mountain a haven for adventure seekers and nature lovers. The National Centre of Meteorology forecasts continued cool mornings this week, with the potential for rain from Saturday to Monday, as well as fog in inland areas.
