The UAE is expected to experience rain over mountainous regions and fog in some coastal areas, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). The NCM said these conditions are the result of weak surface pressure systems in the country, accompanied by a high-pressure system in the upper atmosphere. Rainfall is likely on Sunday afternoon (May 11), while fog or light fog could form at night and into Monday morning, especially near coastal areas. Temperatures will range between 31°C to 40°C during the day and 19°C to 28°C at night.Here is the full 5-day UAE weather forecast:
Sunday, May 11 Fair to partly cloudy, with cloud development expected in the east, possibly bringing rainfall by afternoon. Temperatures will increase gradually. Humid at night and Monday morning with a chance of mist formation, especially westward. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea. Monday, May 12 Fair to partly cloudy with afternoon convective cloud formation expected over the mountains. Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds at 10–25 km/h, reaching 35 km/h. The sea will be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea. Tuesday, May 13 Fair to partly cloudy with clouds appearing eastward. Winds remain light to moderate, reaching up to 35 km/h and causing blowing dust. Sea conditions remain slight in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea. Wednesday, May 14 Fair to partly cloudy with easterly clouds. Southeasterly to northeasterly winds at 10–25 km/h, reaching up to 40 km/h with blowing dust. Slight seas in both the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea. Thursday, May 15 Fair to partly cloudy with clouds over eastern and southern areas. Winds will shift from southeasterly to northwesterly, reaching 40 km/h, with dust and sand expected. The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, becoming rough by evening, and slight in the Oman Sea.
