Three-time champion pizzaiolo Carmine De Michelle is returning to Dubai this weekend to bring the flavours of Napoli to Larte’s in Studio One Hotel. Inaugurating a vibrant new brunch and an all-new breakfast at Larte, the TikTok sensation and award-winning pizza chef will bring his culinary talent and sensational dance moves. Adding to the charm of the Italian dining hub, Chef Carmine will host two special pizza making masterclasses. Dubbed as the “unofficial pizza king” on social media, Carmine, who was born in Naples then moved onto Tuscany, began his chef journey with a passion of seeking out the real Neapolitan pizza. Fast forward to today, Chef Carmine is now a Vice World Champion Pizza DOC in the world as well as a successful pizzeria owner and businessman.

Special pizza masterclass at Larte

Guests, foodies, and pizza enthusiasts can transport the senses to Napoli and Tuscany as they get their hands in the dough with two special masterclasses by the pizza king himself. Chef Carmine will share his no-frills tips to making authentic Neapolitan pizza that is perfectly golden and flavourful. The masterclasses will be held on October 7 and 8, with sessions at 1:30pm and 3:30pm. Price is Dh79 for pizza and soft drink, or Dh109 for pizza and spritz. Spaces are limited so guests are encouraged to book early to secure their spot.

Live at Larte – Newest party brunch at Studio One Hotel

Larte at Studio One Hotel is launches two new exciting weekly events this weekend: Live at Larte, the ultimate evening party brunch, and Love Larte Mimosa Breakfast, the newest go-to Sunday breakfast. Live at Larte! runs from 7pm until 10pm every Saturday, starting October 7, transforming the authentic Italian restaurant into an upbeat, lively space where guests will be well looked after with gourmet Italian dishes and unlimited beverages and memorable entertainment. Chef Carmine will be doling out delicious circles of crust from the pizza oven. Starting from Dh299, every Saturday, from 7pm until 10pm starting October 7.

Love Larte Mimosa Breakfast

If you are looking for Italian-style Sunday breakfast, book the Love Larte Mimosa Breakfast, featuring the best of Italian breakfast spreads, endless mimosas, and an atmosphere to end the weekend on a relaxed note. Catch Chef Carmine on the launch day, serving up delectable Italian pastries, while guests can also delight in an Italian breakfast platter inspired by Chef Iva.
