The research team at online coupon platform Wethrift has analysed Google search volume to determine which products are in the highest demand this Valentine's Day. Whether you opt for the classic red hearts or a more personalised pair, socks are the hottest product this Valentine's Day, with demand up by a whopping 9,900 percent in the lead-up to the holiday of love.

A heart-shaped chocolate box is a delicious treat you can share together, as you watch a classic rom-com movie and celebrate the special day of love. It seems that people want a tasty treat since starting the new year with healthy resolutions, with the demand for Valentine's Day chocolates increased by a whopping 7,500 percent over the past month.

Bubbly drink hamper

A bubbly is the official drink of celebrations and nothing sets the mood quite like the pop of a cork on Valentine's Day. A drink hamper containing savoury and sweet treats is an absolutely showstopping gift, that can make February 14th truly unforgettable. You can even build your own champagne hamper, just head to your local store and look for all their favourite things, from cheese and crackers to luxurious chocolate and strawberries.
