Dubai Police recovered a car that had plunged into the Al Jaddaf canal. A video released on Monday (September 16) shows several officers at the scene of the accident. The car slipped off the pier in Al Jaddaf and fell into the water, hitting a parked yacht. The impact caused the vehicle to flip over and sink to the bottom. Watch the video from Dubai Police: According to the authorities, the two young men, the driver and passenger, survived the accident. They escaped the sinking car through the broken windshield, which shattered after hitting the yacht. A recovery crane was used to pull the white sedan from the water. FLE/Expat Media
