WhatsApp users worldwide recently reported problems sending messages through the app. A service that monitors social media traffic noticed an outage surge in Dubai around 11 a.m. Users have reported being unable to send messages to groups. Web WhatsApp is also offline as of 11.30 a.m. Users cannot connect to their phones or send messages.
