After 2 hours of downtime, WhatsApp appears to has been restored for users in the UAE. According to a website that reports service outages, an outage occurred in Dubai at 11 a.m., with WhatsApp users reporting that they could not send and receive texts and videos on the messaging network. According to ANI, the texting app is also unavailable in India. Users from Pakistan, the Philippines, and other nations took to social media to report the outage. "We're aware that some people are currently having trouble sending messages, and we're working to restore WhatsApp for everyone as quickly as possible," a spokesperson for WhatsApp said on Tuesday.
