But amid the celebration, netizens quickly pointed out that Zeinab’s mother appeared to be missing from the celebration – a detail that sparked widespread speculation online. One Reddit post ignited further intrigue when it showed a screenshot of a claim allegedly made by someone who encountered Zeinab’s mother at an Alfamart in Silang, Cavite during the wedding day. The woman reportedly said in Filipino, “Ako na sariling nanay, hindi pinapasok ni Zeinab sa kasal,” which translates to, “Even I, her own mother, was not allowed into Zeinab’s wedding.” The anonymous post went on to say that a search on Facebook and TikTok to verify the woman's identity confirmed that she really is Zeinab's mother. While the post has not been independently verified, it has sparked polarized reactions online. Some users defended Harake, saying she had the right to choose who attended her wedding. Others pointed out previous speculations that her mother might have been “toxic,” though no specific details were given. Zeinab Harake has yet to issue a formal statement, but on June 5, she posted a cryptic message on social media saying, “Your wedding, your rules.” Born in Bacoor, Cavite, Zeinab Mohammad Ocampo Harake is one of the Philippines’ top digital influencers. She launched her YouTube channel in 2019 and rapidly gained a massive following, now with over 14.8 million subscribers and 1.1 billion views. Her online success recently extended to film when she starred in the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry Kampon. The content creator has been candid about her personal life, including adopting her son Lucas at 18, having a daughter with rapper Skusta Clee, and tragically losing a second child in 2022.
