Dubai is still the world’s busiest international airport

The Dubai International Airport has retained the title of the busiest international airport for the ninth year, registering more than 66 million international passengers, the Airport Council International (ACI) announced. According to data, the Dubai International Airport increased the difference by about 8 million passengers, compared to London Heathrow Airport, which came in second place with about 58.2 million passengers, with a growth of 230.5 percent. Amsterdam Airport came in third place with about 52.5 million passengers, growing 128.9 percent. Istanbul Airport came fourth, with about 48.5 million passengers and a growth of 83.3 percent, respectively. In addition, the Dubai International Airport was also spotted in fifth place in terms of the total number of passengers for domestic and international travel. The American Atlanta Airport came first; Dallas-Fort Worth Airport came second, then Denver Airport. Among the ten largest airports, five of them are located in the United States. RZSP/Expat Media
