During a recent trip to South Korea, Sharon Cuneta revealed that she was denied entry to the Hermes fashion house. "I came here to buy a belt from Hermes, but they didn't let me in," Sharon stated in Filipino in her latest vlog, "Sharon in Seoul Part 3," published on YouTube on September 30. She did not explain why she was not permitted to enter the upscale store. Watch the video below:

Later in the same vlog, Sharon and her friends were seen purchasing various goods from the expensive brand, Louis Vuitton. The megastar was seen having a lighthearted time with several Louis Vuitton employees who gifted her a bottle of champagne and flowers. "I got champagne and flowers. Thank you, Louis Vuitton. Thank you," Sharon said. Sharon and her friends arrived in front of the Hermes store after a buying spree at Louis Vuitton and informed the person at the entrance, "See, I bought everything." Sharon showed the Korean man her Louis Vuitton shopping bags. Despite Hermes' snub, Sharon did not take the situation seriously. She instead just laughed it off. Sharon had a similar encounter with Oprah Winfrey, who was embarrassed when she was denied entry to the Hermes design company in 2014. Oprah has reconciled with Hermes. Sharon has fallen in love with South Korea, which she describes as a cheerful place, in recent years. Sharon displayed her K-Pop and K-Drama souvenir products in one of her YouTube shows in 2020.
