Authorities reported that a 3-year-old Asian child has died after falling from the 14th story of a Sharjah skyscraper. The case file has been forwarded to Public Prosecution for additional inquiry. However, no criminal act or negligence is believed to have caused the boy's death. Monday morning, authorities received a call regarding the accident and alerted the nearest patrol and police station. Police found that the boy had already passed away. To ascertain the cause of the death, investigators questioned the child's family. Prosecutors are currently investigating the case. The second similar occurrence this year, according to police.
