Graduates from the top 100 universities worldwide will be entitled to apply for long-term residency visas in the UAE. On April 18, the UAE government announced changes to the visa system, including a significant overhaul of the golden resident system allowing foreigners to live and work in the UAE for up to ten years without sponsorship.According to a statement issued by Emirates News Agency, the new system aims to attract and retain global talents and skilled workers to boost the competitiveness of the UAE’s job market.
