5-day UAE weather forecast: cooler temperatures to continue

A drop in temperatures is expected to continue in the UAE, with the weather this week forecast to be generally fair and partly cloudy at times, according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM). On Monday (August 29), temperatures will peak to 44°C in internal areas, and dip to 27°C in mountainous areas. The maximum humidity is at 85 percent. Here’s the weather forecast for the rest of the week:

Monday, August 29

Fair to partly cloudy at times, and clouds will appear Eastwards by afternoon. Humid by night and Tuesday morning over some coastal areas. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust during daytime. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Tuesday, August 30

Fair to partly cloudy at times, with a probability of some convective clouds formation Eastwards by afternoon. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust during daytime, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 35 km/hr.

Wednesday, August 31

Fair to partly cloudy at times, low clouds will appear over East coasts by morning, with a probability of some convective clouds formation Eastwards by afternoon. Humid by night and Thursday morning with a probability of mist formation over some Western coastal areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds freshening at times causing blowing dust during daytime, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 35 km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate during daytime in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.

Thursday, September 1

Fair to partly cloudy at times, low clouds will appear over East coasts by morning. Humid by night and Friday morning with a probability of mist formation over some Westerns coastal areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust during daytime, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 35 km/hr. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Friday, September 2

Fair to partly cloudy at times, low clouds will appear over East coasts by morning. Humid by night and Saturday morning over some Western coastal areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 35 km/hr. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
