Flydubai plane catches fire after bird strike during takeoff

A flydubai plane caught fire upon taking off from Kathmandu airport in Nepal and was trying to make a landing after it experienced a bird strike, a local news agency reported on Monday (April 24). However, after following standard procedure, the flight continued as normal to Dubai. Nepal Civil Aviation Authority said the flydubai flight 576 was in good condition and proceeded to the destination as per the flight plan. RZSP/Expat Media
