Body of missing 2-year-old child found in alligator’s mouth after mother’s murder

The body of Taylen Mosley, the 2-year-old child who went missing in Florida, has been found inside an alligator just a day after his mother’s murder. Taylen Mosley was reported missing on Thursday (March 30) when his mom, Pashun Jeffery, was discovered to have been stabbed to death in her home. After an extensive search, police on Friday found the boy’s remains in the jaws of an alligator, which they had to kill to retrieve the body. Police Chief Anthony Holloway said that the incident is now under investigation. According to NBC News, Thomas Mosley, the victim's father, had injuries on his wrists and arms when the incident occurred and checked himself into a hospital. He also refused the investigation and requested to have a lawyer. According to authorities, Thomas has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the death of Pashun and their son.
