  DUBAI – UAE mobile number 0549999999 has sold for Dh5 million at a charity auction in Dubai, according to organisers on Sunday (April 17). The special mobile number was among 10 auctioned to support the 1 Billion Meals initiative in Dubai. In less than two hours, the charity auction on Saturday raised a total of Dh53 million. In addition, the special mobile numbers put up by du were sold for a total of Dh725,000, with 0581111113 going under the hammer for Dh140,000.
