Gratuity savings schemes for expats in Dubai announced

A top official has stated that an end-of-service savings scheme announced for expats working in Dubai Government agencies will guarantee their rights. It would allow them to invest or secure their end-of-service perks, according to Abdullah Al Basti, secretary-general of Dubai's Executive Council. The enrolment and implementation mechanisms for the 'Savings Scheme for Foreign Employees in the Government of Dubai' were announced by the Steering Committee of the scheme. “The Savings Scheme will play a key role in enhancing the economic and social stability that #Dubai offers its employees,” said Al Basti, who is also the chairman of the Steering Committee.
